Coverage & Providers We Commonly Handle

We serve Boracay (Stations 1–3, Diniwid, Bulabog, Newcoast) and the wider Malay, Aklan area for property owners, renters, and resort managers. In addition to Akelco, Boracay Water, Boracay Tubi, Kalibo Cable, and ACE Internet, we can also pay most telecom and broadband accounts, including Smart, Globe, PLDT, Converge, and DITO. If your bill is not listed, select Other Providers and tell us the details.

Can I pay Akelco or Boracay Water from abroad?

Yes. Upload your bill or provide the account number, pay our service fee plus the bill amount, and we will process it locally and email you the official confirmation.

Which providers do you support?

Akelco, Boracay Water, Boracay Tubi, Kalibo Cable, ACE Internet, and most telecoms (Smart, Globe, PLDT, Converge, DITO). For anything else, choose “Other Providers.”

How fast is the processing?

Same business day if submitted before 2 PM (PH time). Later submissions and weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

What proof of payment will I receive?

We email you the official receipt or a confirmation issued by the utility provider once the payment is completed.

What are the fees?

Our flat service fee is ₱500 per bill, plus the exact bill amount. No hidden charges.
