Kokomo Studio stretches across the entire first floor of Nonna’s House compound - a simple island space wrapped in greenery and light. A terrace runs along its edges, expanding the living space at any time of day. Just open the sliding glass doors and let the inside spill out: morning coffee in the shade, yoga with a view, or a cool hideout when the sun is strongest.
These large doors let wind and sunlight fill the space, but rolling curtains give you the option to sleep in or create shade when needed. The extra king-size bed is styled in a natural island way but offers the comfort you’d expect in a good city hotel - wide, solid, and restful.
Inside, everything flows in one open layout. The full kitchen runs along one wall. A large dining table naturally separates cooking from living. Deep sofas invite guests to stay awhile and a vanity corner offer a quiet moment for care - all designed for an easy rhythm between privacy and gathering.
It’s a space you grow into - light, flexible, and made for island days that move between stillness and connection.

Extra king-size bed framed by natural textured paneling - no mosquito net, but cozily positioned with soft lighting and a sense of seclusion.

Lounge zone with oversized sofas and glass magazine table - perfect for entertaining or relaxing without blending into the sleeping area.

Personal space with mirror and chair, ideal for getting ready or unwinding.
